Main Street, in the center of the Historic farming community of Hastings Florida, is undergoing a revitalization. The 1928 Ford dealership is situated in the heart of the historic Main Street. The project transforms the building into a destination event venue, both for the many visitors to St. Johns County, but also the local community. The original showroom floor becomes a welcoming Lobby space that supports the main room located in the former service garage bay. Unique steel bow trusses, skylights, and large original garage doors add unique character that is highlighted and preserved. All new spaces are designed to complement the existing structure and character of the building.
